Returns & Refund Policy
Your Rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the failure is minor, we may choose to repair the item instead of replacing it.
Change of Mind Returns (Unopened & Unused Products)
Unlike many businesses, Limitless Solutions Pty Ltd accepts returns for change of mind, provided the product is:
- Unopened (original seals/ packaging intact)
- Unused
- Returned within 30 days of receiving the order
Conditions for change of mind returns:
- You must provide proof of purchase
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
How to request a change of mind return:
- Email us at hello@primabiotic.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with a return address
- Ship the unused, unopened item back to us at your cost
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged upon arrival, unsafe, or does not match the description, please contact us immediately at hello@primabiotic.com.au
Timeframe: Report faults within 30 days of receiving the item.
Return shipping for faulty items:
We will cover the cost of return shipping via a prepaid Australia Post label or reimbursement.
Refunds Process
Method: Refund to original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
Timing: Approved refunds processed within 1-5 business days. Please allow up to 10 days for your bank to show the credit.
Partial refunds: May be issued if the item is returned damaged due to customer error
