Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Limitless Solutions Pty Ltd endeavours to process orders as quickly as possible. Some orders may be dispatched on the same day, most orders will be dispatched by the following business day.

Shipping occurs Monday to Friday only, excluding public holidays.

When your order will be marked as fulfilled you will be able to see the tracking number of your parcel and monitor the journey of your order on Australia Post website: https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/search

Shipping Carrier

We use Australia Post as our preferred carrier for all orders. We currently ship within Australia only.

Standard shipping

Allow 3–8 working days from the date we ship your order (depending on your location).

Express Shipping

Allow 1–3 working days from the date we ship your order. Next business day delivery cannot be guaranteed outside the Express Post network.

Estimated standard delivery times by state (from dispatch date):

-         Victoria 5 days

-         New South Wales, ACT, Tasmania, South Australia, Queensland   6 days

-         Western Australia, Northern Territory 8 days

Delivery times may be longer during seasonal events, or public holidays.
