We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, we do not warrant that descriptions are error-free. If a product received does not match its description, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply.

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. However, price changes will not affect orders already accepted by us.

In the event of a pricing or product description error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for incorrectly priced items. We will notify you if this occurs.

Payment is taken at the time you place your order, not at dispatch.

5.3 Failed Payments

Your order will not be processed until payment is successfully completed.

6. Shipping and Delivery

6.1 Shipping Timeframes

We use Australia Post for all deliveries. Estimated shipping timeframes are provided for guidance only. We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or other third-party carriers outside our control.

6.2 Risk and Title

Risk in the products passes to you when we dispatch the order.

6.3 Undelivered or Lost Parcels

If your parcel is lost or not delivered within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us. We will work with Australia Post to investigate. Our liability for lost parcels is limited to providing a refund or replacement, subject to investigation outcomes.

7. Returns and Refunds

7.1 Australian Consumer Law (ACL) – Your Rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

7.2 Our Return Policy

We accept returns for:

  • Faulty or damaged products (ACL applies)
  • Change of mind (on unopened, unused items within 30 days – return shipping at your cost)
